Our set ups begin at 8:00 am and our pickups begin at 5:00 pm during our summer hours. Your set up time will be based on our delivery route, if your event is at a venue location, we ask that you please message us at 734-335-0816 prior to your event with the times that your venue is booked for. Once we set up, we must complete a walk thru with you to ensure that everything is in clean working condition prior to your party (this protects both of us (pictures will be taken at this time)). Once the walk thru is complete, you will sign off on the rental agreement form. Prior to set up you must complete a liability form. Once we set up the play area, we leave everything to the client so that you may enjoy your event with the privacy of your friends and family only ***please note that once we leave the client becomes liable for any injuries as well as any damage to our equipment. The equipment must be cleared upon our arrival to pickup,* Your refundable deposit of $100 will NOT be returned if the equipment is excessively dirty or damaged (pen, markers, face paint, mud, food/condiment stains, etc)
